STRETCHMETAL IS SEEKING A BOOKING COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM. 


Responsibilities:

1. Artist Booking: Research, identify, and reach out to emerging and established ambient artists to book for StretchMetal tape label releases. Coordinate with artists to secure rights for music releases and collaborate on the creative vision for each release.

2. Live Event Coordination: Collaborate with the production team to organize and manage the logistics of live music events. 

3. Artist Relations: Act as the main point of contact for booked artists, ensuring clear and effective communication. Provide artists with the necessary information, including event details, schedules, and any specific requirements. 

Qualifications:

- Love of ambient music.

- Quality organizational, communication, and time management skills.

-Familiarity with artist booking processes is a plus.

-StretchMetal is primarily based in Chicago but this work may be done remotely.

 

Compensation: While we are working towards providing compensation to our team, currently this is an unpaid volunteer opportunity, with free tickets to all StretchMetal events for volunteers and a +1.  Therefore this work is intended for individuals seeking valuable experience working within a music booking group. College credit can be arranged if applicable.
